Refunds

If the file fails

If payment succeeded and you cannot download a working ZIP, write to hello@clevedonroad.com. We will send a new link. If we cannot deliver the file, we refund the payment.

Change of mind

Once we have delivered a working download, we do not refund because you changed your mind, you bought the wrong product, or you decided not to install it. Read the product page and install guide before you pay.

New Zealand consumers

If you are a consumer in New Zealand and the software is not as we described, or it has a fault the law treats as a failure of guarantee, you may have a repair, replacement or refund right under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This page does not limit that right.

How to ask

Email hello@clevedonroad.com with the email you used to pay, the order time, and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the same payment method through Stripe.
