Privacy Policy

Clevedon Road R&D Limited, Auckland, New Zealand, collects the information we need to sell and support digital downloads. Last updated 2 October 2026.

What we collect

• Name and email you type at checkout
• Billing address and tax details Stripe collects to take payment
• Order, payment and download records
• Email and MPC3000 setup you give us when you join the MPC3000 beta waitlist
• Support mail you send us
• Page views and basic shop events: buy clicks, checkout starts, purchases, downloads

We do not ask for a password. This shop does not have customer accounts yet.

Who we use

• Stripe — payment, tax, invoices and receipts
• Cloudflare — hosting, file storage and, when configured, outbound email
• Google Analytics — page views, product and checkout events, purchase amounts, and campaign attribution on this shop. Purchase events use a separate transaction identifier. Google sets its own cookies.
• Resend — outbound email if Cloudflare email is not used

Those companies process data for us. Read their privacy policies as well. We do not sell your information.

Why we keep it

To take payment, send the download, prove you bought the software, send 1.x updates, fix broken orders, and keep basic shop counts. We use waitlist details only to pick beta testers and write to you about the MPC3000 beta.

How long

We keep order and entitlement records while we need them for support, tax and accounts. Payment records also live in Stripe.

You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete what the law lets us delete. Write to hello@clevedonroad.com. New Zealand privacy law applies. If you are overseas, local privacy law may also apply.
